Already involved in a lawsuit and required or referred to mediation? The parties may be able to select their own qualified mediator rather than waiting for a mediator to be assigned. Attorneys and parties are welcome to contact us directly regarding scheduling and availability.

Scheduling a Mediation

For Attorneys and Pending Court Cases
Contact us with the case information, parties involved, preferred dates, and whether the mediation will be in person or virtual. We will coordinate scheduling and provide the necessary mediation information to counsel and the parties.

For Private Disputes
Contact us to briefly discuss the nature of the dispute and the parties involved. If the matter is appropriate for mediation, we will explain the next steps and coordinate scheduling.

In-person mediation is available throughout Georgia, with virtual mediation available for appropriate matters.
