Victoria Stokes is the founder and lead mediator of Augusta Regional Arbitration and Mediation Group LLC, providing civil and probate mediation services to individuals, businesses, attorneys, and parties throughout Georgia.

Her professional background spans more than three decades in investigations, business ownership, negotiations, conflict management, and dispute resolution. That experience has given her a practical understanding of both the issues that create disputes and the personal and business relationships that often lie beneath them.

Victoria approaches mediation as a neutral. She does not decide who is right or wrong or impose an outcome. Her role is to listen carefully, identify the issues preventing resolution, facilitate productive communication, and help the parties explore realistic solutions.
